About Us

Glen Dimplex aims to be a leader in the transition to a sustainable world

Our Values

Where we’ve come from

It began with the creation of Glen Electric in 1973, and then in 1977 Glen Electric acquired Dimplex, forming the Glen Dimplex Group. Since then we have grown steadily, and now the global group is made up of six divisions, with Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation (GDHV) being the largest.

Today GDHV is an innovator in heating, ventilation and cooling, offering new and refurbishment solutions for domestic and commercial buildings under some of the most recognisable brands in the market.

Our customer base is as diverse as our product range; and our team has the knowledge to support your HVAC specifications across a hugely diverse range of applications and performance requirements.

GDHV's Mission

To be the leading supplier of efficient and desirable heating and ventilation products and systems – enabling us to lead the way in creating a sustainable future for all.

Our Vision

To be a truly innovative, world-class business with exceptional talent – a ‘leading’ company, rather than just delivering ‘best practice’. To offer systems and services in addition to products, collaborating with third-party organisations to improve every aspect of our performance. To embrace diversity and recognise its importance – helping us to produce exceptional working environments.

Our Values

Our company Values were created collaboratively with our colleagues, and form the guiding principles that are most important to us, defining the way we work.
