We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us and we try our best to make sure what we make is innovative, stylish and delights you.
However, sometimes you may have an issue or have changed your mind and our products can be returned to us within a specific periods of time depending on the reason:
- If you have changed your mind about the product :
You have 14 days to return an item and receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with it. The 14-day period starts from the time the item is delivered.
- If the product develops a fault :
If any item purchased from us develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, then you may also return it to us for a full refund.
If your product develops a fault beyond 30 days, then we will endeavor to repair or replace the item in accordance with our Guarantee Terms & Conditions.
In order for us to process any returns, exchanges or refunds you will need to notify us in writing, prior to sending the goods back to us by using our online returns form below. Once your return is approved by our team, you will be given a Returns Authorisation number, which you will need to note on the Returns label which we will provide to you either by post or email. Having received the item back at our warehouse, we’ll refund your payment within 28 working days.
Please be aware that goods/returns must meet the following criteria:
- In its original box/packaging
- Requested to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product Item must be complete (no missing items such as remote)
- Purchased directly from a GDHV website
Failure to comply to any of the above may result in a full refund not being provided back to you. GDHV will not accept any requests to return good stock over the 14 days agreement.
