Thank you for your product returns request.
Your request has now been sent to our team for approval.
Once approved, you will be given a Returns Authorisation number via email, which you will need to note on the returns label which we will provide to you either by post or email or arrange an alternate method of collection for larger items. Please do not send any items back to us until you receive the Returns Authorisation.
Having received the item back at our warehouse, we’ll refund your payment to the original payment method within 28 working days. Please be aware that goods/returns must meet the following criteria:
- In its original box/packaging
- Requested to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product or 30 days if faulty.
- Item must be complete (no missing items such as remote)
- Purchased directly from a GDHV website
Failure to comply to any of the above may result in a full refund not being provided back to you. GDHV will not accept any requests to return good stock over the 14 days agreement.
If your product develops a fault beyond 30 days, then we will endeavour to repair or replace the item in accordance with our Guarantee Terms & Conditions. We will refer your case to our Customer Service team if your order is outside the 30 days and they will contact you to discuss a product guarantee resolution.
